First dose of Adderall XR was this morning and I need someone to tell me about the flatness. Focus: yes, noticeably. But I feel like me with the saturation turned down — my sister sent a meme that objectively slaps and I felt nothing. Is this the "adjustment period" everyone hand-waves about, and if so how long do I give it before deciding this particular flavour of functional isn't worth it? 25F in Alberta, follow-up booked in three weeks but I'll spiral daily until then.

Mine did NOT fully lift and we ended up switching classes — and that was fine, second med had no flatness at all. Mentioning the other branch so you know it existing isn't a catastrophe, it's just information. Three weeks is the right checkpoint.
