Acceptance of Terms

By completing registration, logging in, or otherwise using the Platform services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Consent, as well as our separately published Privacy Policy and Terms of Use .

Nature of the Platform & Disclaimers

(1) Platform Purpose: The Platform is a user-generated content (UGC) community. The Platform itself does not create, edit, or verify any information, opinions, advice, or answers posted by users (collectively, “User Content”).

(2) Non-Professional Advice: Importantly, discussions and sharing on topics such as medical health, legal matters, financial matters, or other professional areas, regardless of the poster’s identity, are limited to general experience sharing and informational purposes only.

(3) Medical Disclaimer: Any content on the Platform does not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or the establishment of a physician-patient relationship. You must not rely on information on the Platform as a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. For any health concerns, you must consult a qualified physician or other healthcare provider. The Platform and its operators are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on any information on the Platform.

(4) “As Is” Basis: The Platform services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Platform expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

User Accounts & Responsibilities

(1) You represent and warrant that the information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and complete.

(2) You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

(3) You must be at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (e.g., 18 years old in Ontario) to use the Platform.

Community Conduct and Acceptable Use

(1) Your Content, Your Responsibility: You retain ownership or have necessary authorization for any content you post, transmit, or display on the Platform, and you are fully responsible for it. You represent and warrant that your content:
a. Is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge;
b. Does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
c. Complies with all applicable federal, provincial, or local laws in Canada.

(2) You agree to use the Community respectfully, lawfully, and in good faith.

(3) You must not submit content that is:
a. Discriminatory, hateful, or harassing, including content based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics;
b. Abusive, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or violent;
c. False, misleading, or intended to spread medical misinformation;
d. Promotional, commercial, or spam-related without authorization;
e. In violation of applicable Canadian laws or regulations.

(4) Fastreat may, at its discretion, remove, restrict, moderate, or disable access to any content or user account that violates this Consent or other platform policies.

User Responsibility for Submitted Content

(1) You are solely responsible for the content you submit, including its accuracy, legality, and appropriateness.

(2) Privacy Policy: Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which is designed to comply with applicable laws, including Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), as well as any applicable provincial health information privacy legislation, such as the Personal Health Information Protection Act (Ontario), the Health Information Act (Alberta), the Personal Information Protection Act (British Columbia), and other substantially similar provincial or territorial laws, as applicable.

(3) Public Disclosure: You understand and agree that any content you post on the Platform (including personal experiences, health information, etc.) may be publicly disclosed and accessed, read, collected, and used by other users and the public. Please carefully consider the information you share.

Intellectual Property License

(1) You retain intellectual property rights to the content you post.

(2) By posting content, you grant the Platform operators a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, improving, and displaying it on the Platform and our affiliated services.

Nature of the Community – No Medical Advice

(1) The Community is a non-clinical, informational forum intended solely for general education and discussion related to ADHD and associated topics.

(2) All questions, answers, and other content available in the Community are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional medical care.

(3) Participation in the Community does not establish a physician–patient relationship between you and any healthcare professional, Fastreat, or its affiliates.

(4) You must not rely on Community content to make medical decisions. For diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice, you must engage a qualified healthcare professional through an appropriate clinical encounter.

No Guarantee of Response or Availability

(1) No Guarantee of Response or Publication
Fastreat does not guarantee that any submitted question will be reviewed, responded to, published, or remain available in the Community. Fastreat reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove, edit, moderate, or decline to publish any Community content at any time.

(2) User-Generated Content; No Endorsement
All questions, answers, comments, and other content posted within the Community reflect the personal views and opinions of the individual users or contributors and do not represent the views, positions, or endorsements of Fastreat. Fastreat does not verify, endorse, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, legality, or completeness of any Community content. Any discussions involving non-ADHD-related matters, including legal, financial, or other professional topics, are for general discussion purposes only and do not constitute professional advice; users should seek guidance from appropriately qualified professionals as applicable.

(3) No Medical Advice; Informational Purpose Only
The Community is provided solely for general informational discussion purposes. Content made available through the Community, including any responses reviewed or contributed by licensed providers, does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a formal patient–provider relationship.
Users should not rely on Community content as a basis for making medical decisions and should seek individualized advice directly from a qualified healthcare professional through an appropriate clinical consultation.

(4) Use of Artificial Intelligence
The Platform may use artificial intelligence technologies to generate, assist with, or moderate certain Community content. Users acknowledge that such AI-generated responses are provided for reference purposes only and should be evaluated with appropriate care and independent judgment. AI-generated content does not represent the views, opinions, or positions of Fastreat, and Fastreat does not endorse or adopt such content as its own.

(5) No Warranty of Service Availability
Fastreat does not warrant that the Community or related services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor that any defects will be corrected.

(6) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform operators and their affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost profits, lost data) arising from or in connection with your use or inability to use the Platform, Platform content, or any linked sites, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), or other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform operators and their affiliates from any third-party claims, suits, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from or related to (i) your violation of this Consent, (ii) content you post, or (iii) your use of the Platform services.

Platform Rights and Changes

(1) Content Review: We have the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, edit, or remove any content you post or transmit.

(2) Removal & Suspension: If, in our sole judgment, your content violates this Consent, may expose the Platform to legal liability, or for any other reasonable reason (including maintaining a positive community environment), we may remove your content and suspend or terminate your account access without prior notice.

(3) Service Modification & Termination: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Platform services at any time without liability.

General Terms

(1) Governing Law: This Consent is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

(2) We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Modified terms will take effect once posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

By accessing or using the Community, you confirm that:
(1) You understand the non-clinical nature and limitations of the Community;

(2) You consent to the review and moderation publication of submitted content;

(3) You agree to comply with this Consent and applicable laws.
