If you have any questions about our service model or contract details, we're happy to schedule a Zoom call to address them.

Step 3

Training

• After signing, you receive a 45‑minute EMR training and materials.

• Complete a short quiz on platform basics.

• After you pass, we issue EMR credentials so you can set your profile and availability.

Step 4

Probation

• A one‑month probation starts after onboarding.

• Patient volume increases gradually.

• After probation, you have access to a full caseload.
